Key Responsibilities:
Supervise multi-shift shelter services team daily
Ensure compliance with policies and BC Housing contract
Manage staff performance, including coaching and discipline




Provide crisis intervention and community support
Oversee shelter cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in relevant field plus 3 years' experience
Experience in a unionized setting preferred
Skilled demeanor with vulnerable individuals
NVCI and First Aid/CPR certification
Solid organizational and communication skills
