As a key member of our team, you will report to the General Manager and lead efforts in planning and assessing resident activities. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized recreational programs
Review individual resident care plans regularly
Supervise volunteers and team staff during activities

Ensure department budget is effectively managed

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in recreation or related fields preferred
Leadership experience in senior care
Robust organizational and communication skills
