Key Responsibilities:
• Install and manage deployment platforms for Epic applications
• Monitor and manage security for the healthcare network
• Respond to urgent issues in production environments




• Participate in change control and capacity planning
• Support end user training on Citrix and Epic technologies

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or recognized IT diploma
• At least five years in IT Infrastructure roles
• Expertise in Windows server and virtualization platforms
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and functionality
• Willingness to obtain Epic certification and training
