Position: Test Lead with Payments Experience

Location: Remote Canada

Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with robust Payment's domain expertise and hands-on test automation skills. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities, support testing strategy and execution, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality payment solutions.

Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing.
4+ years of experience in Payments , including exposure to Interac Compliance , Real-Time Rail (RTR) , and Wires .
Robust hands-on experience in Test Automation across API and UI testing , with the ability to write and maintain automation code.
Experience in creating and leading Test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Exposure to Non-Functional Testing (NFR) , including accessibility, performance, reliability, and security testing.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
Financial services or banking industry experience is an asset.
