Provide strategic advice and support to housing management
Administer annual rent increases for County properties
Develop and manage service delivery processes for tenants
Investigate complaints and streamline service resolutions
Monitor budget activities and variance reporting Requirements:
Four-year degree in a relevant field is essential
At least five years’ experience in housing services
Supervisory experience preferred
Robust knowledge of Housing Services and Residential Tenancies Acts
