we are dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where classroom excellence and spiritual mentorship prepare students to lead and serve with integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a school bus on assigned routes while conducting diligent pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.Ensure the safety of all students during transport, from the moment they board at the Sullivan or Cloverdale campuses until they reach their destination.Maintain the well‑being of all students, enforcing safety rules and a whole‑child development focus.Communicate professional expectations and safety standards to students.Respond calmly to emergencies or unexpected road situations.Job RequirementsValid BC Class 2 driver’s license.Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.Previous experience preferred; training is available.First Aid Level 1 certification required (or attend school‑arranged sessions if not currently held).Deep commitment to a Christian worldview and the mission of RCA.Consistently punctual and focused on student safety.Patient and professional when handling challenges and student behavior.Work Location: Sullivan or Cloverdale Campus.Compensation & Advantages: Pay CA$ 24.00 – 26.00 (hourly).#J-18808-Ljbffr
