In this full time position, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and coordinate resources to maintain our marketing software and oversee lead management. Your attention to detail and ability to manage various operational tasks will support our mission to empower health-focused clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain AI knowledge management systems • Publish and format web pages and landing forms accurately • Ensure proper routing and tagging of inbound leads • Maintain Jira boards for effective project tracking • Document operational SOPs for team alignment
Requirements: • 1-3 years in marketing operations or related fields • Familiarity with CMS environments and web publishing • Comfortable with lead operations and UTM systems • Experience with AI tooling for process support • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach
