Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience
Support daily operational tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold service standards
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries confidently and clearly
Assist in organizing displays, promotional setups, and store maintenance activities
Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale while following cash handling procedures




Contribute to a safe and organized environment by adhering to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements
Solid communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced workplace
Basic proficiency with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
