Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
Maintain clean, organized, and inviting store displays that highlight our products effectively
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring product availability
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold high standards of customer service
Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions

Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and store presentation
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist in various store functions as needed
Basic proficiency with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required
Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing knowledge with customers
