Key Responsibilities:



• Support Lodge Manager in daily hospitality operations • Lead and mentor staff for enhanced guest experiences • Communicate effectively with team and guests • Assist with scheduling and inventory monitoring • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lodge policies

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in hospitality, travel, or tourism • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within hospitality • Food Safe and Occupational First Aid certifications • Effective communicator with strong organizational skills • Proficient in Point of Sale and office software
