Drive IT operations for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative as the Technology Support and Infrastructure Manager in a hybrid capacity from Washington, DC or Ottawa. Focus on technology advancement and user education. In this full time role, you will manage all aspects of technology infrastructure and provide educational support across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Operations, your leadership will ensure a secure and productive IT setting promoting SFI’s sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage design and compliance of IT infrastructure
Coordinate staff training on optimal technology use
Collaborate with external helpdesk to support users
Oversee IT procurement and vendor relationships
Monitor security threats and maintain data protection Requirements:
Five years of progressive IT experience, two in management
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Deep knowledge of Microsoft systems and networking
Experience in privacy and cybersecurity compliance
Strong customer service and IT management skills Support sustainable initiatives by enhancing IT operations and user experiences at SFI.
