We are seeking a energetic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Implement security measures to prevent theft and losses

Experience

Required
Proven experience in retail management




Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in cash handling procedures
Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
