SUSHI CHEF – TEAM MEMBER

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our sushi team at our Fergus location! As part of our locally operated Bento Sushi franchise, you’ll be working in a dynamic food service environment with support, training, and room to grow. If you enjoy working in a team setting, providing great food, and connecting with customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Location & Hours:

800 Tower St S, Fergus, ON N1M 2R3

Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or longer as needed

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with daily kitchen prep, including setting up work areas and ingredients
Assemble sushi rolls, bowls, and other items following our food safety standards
Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene protocols
Support team members with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Ability to lift up to 15 kg (33 lb)
Comfortable standing for long periods
Team-oriented with good communication skills




No prior sushi experience required – full training and uniform provided
