Reporting to the Wealth Change Management Practice Lead, you'll implement effective change strategies, ensuring departmental readiness and supporting seamless transitions. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to define deliverables related to regulatory changes
Provide insights on risks and change impacts to maintain readiness
Assist in developing comprehensive change communication and training plans




Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the change management practice within TD Wealth
Track change adoption and effectiveness metrics across teams Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management
Expertise in regulatory environments and their impacts on business
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to build robust partnerships across functions
