Own technical roadmap for Growth and web/mobile platforms
Solve challenging scalability and performance issues
Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments
Lead cross-team efforts for major rollouts and releases
Establish quality standards and engineering best practices Requirements:
8+ years of web application development experience
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Experience leading engineering projects
Mentoring capability for senior engineers
