Currently seeking Substitute Arabic and Islamic Studies Teachers to join our team.

Responsibilities
Assume the responsibilities of the Arabic or Islamic Studies Teacher when the regular teacher is absent
Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate effectively with classroom teachers, colleagues, administration, and students
Deliver prepared course content and provide academic support and student supervision throughout the school day
Maintain appropriate classroom management and support a positive learning environment
Maintain and respect the confidentiality of student, staff, and school information
Follow and support all school policies, procedures, and expectations
Perform other related duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or Assistant Principal





Qualifications And Requirements
Ability to adapt to a changing environment with a versatile, versatile, and positive approach to current assignments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with administration, students, staff, and parents
Ability to effectively deliver pre-planned lessons and support the Alberta Education curriculum
Solid classroom management skills
Respect for and understanding of Islamic faith, values, and culture
