You'll bring your previous experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager to enhance customer interactions and meet their eyewear needs. Your leadership and energy will be crucial as you adapt to a growing environment and motivate your team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations with a customer-first approach
Inspire and develop your team for outstanding performance
Collaborate with Optometrists to enhance customer care




Manage time effectively to achieve operational goals
Drive results and maximize store performance Requirements:
Fully licensed Optician in Ontario in good standing
Previous Store or Senior Assistant Manager experience
Genuine passion for exceptional customer service
Strong leadership and motivational skills
