We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor/Pizza Chef to lead our team during busy hours and ensure exceptional food quality and customer service. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and other menu items with precision and consistency
Oversee food handling procedures to meet safety standards and maintain cleanliness
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Lead, motivate,



and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified staff to build a robust team
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Oversee restaurant cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health codes
