Lead exciting ground-up wood-frame buildings as a Site Superintendent with Novacom in Vancouver. This role emphasizes robust rain screen detailing and project scheduling to ensure successful project execution. Novacom is seeking a Site Superintendent for residential and commercial base building work.

As a lead on the project, you will manage bottom-up construction phases with a Project Manager and Project Coordinator supporting your efforts. Your ability to maintain schedules, surveillance, and standards is vital for team cohesion and project success. Key Responsibilities:
Set up site management including access and coordination
Oversee wood-frame structure and inspections from start to finish




Coordinate with the envelope consultant for rain screen detailing
Maintain weekly schedules with trades and project managers
Ensure safety standards are upheld in office Requirements:
Experience leading wood-frame projects through occupancy
Solid knowledge of BC building envelope techniques
Comfort with city inspections and site reviews
Valid driver's license and residency in Greater Vancouver
