Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day employee and visitor experience within the office.
Coordinate workplace logistics, including office access, meeting rooms, parking information, badges, amenities, and transportation initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and general office support.
Support office utilization, attendance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate the office social committee, workplace events, and employee activities.
Develop internal communications, including office announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement content.
Prepare monthly office attendance and utilization reports.
Partner with site leadership and corporate real estate teams on workplace initiatives.
Support planning and coordination associated with the transition to a future permanent downtown Toronto location.
Help identify opportunities to improve office processes and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications
Previous experience in office coordination, workplace experience, facilities coordination, office administration,



event coordination, or a similar role.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solid customer-service mindset.
Experience coordinating workplace events, employee engagement activities, or internal communications.
Comfortable preparing reports and tracking office-related information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools.
Ability to work effectively with employees, visitors, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day workplace needs.
