Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and event-driven solutions.
Design REST/Kafka integrations for ECM, document processing, and banking systems.
Lead high-volume batch, document ingestion, and transaction-processing workloads.
Drive ECM modernization and migration of FileNet/CMOD workloads to AWS.
Establish CI/CD, automation, testing, security, observability, and reliability standards.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution guidance across development teams.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, security, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient solutions.
