Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Pivotal team as an employee. The ideal candidate has a strong therapeutic focus, is eager to grow professionally, and has the initiative and interpersonal skills needed to build and maintain a thriving caseload.

What You Bring

- Graduate of a 2200-hour minimum accredited Canadian Massage Therapy program
- Registered and in good standing with MTAA, CMMOTA or NHPC
- Robust focus on therapeutic, goal-oriented treatment
- Proven ability to build and sustain a caseload
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a desire to contribute to a collaborative team




- Commitment to continuing education and ongoing skill enhancement
- Comfort treating a broad range of conditions across various client populations
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
- Interest in building connections within the local community
