Position Overview





The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness across all kitchen outlets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare proteins, produce, baked goods based on production needs.

Portion, wrap, date, and correctly store all ingredients.

Clean and sanitize stations, equipment, fridges, storage areas.

Safely operate kitchen equipment and appliances

Assist line cooks, chefs during service as required.

Adhere to appearance standards and kitchen uniform policy.

Comply with all food handler safety, hygiene procedures.

Communicate stock shortages and equipment issues promptly.

Work positively in fast-paced workplace

Skills & Experience

1+ years kitchen prep experience, culinary internship students considered.

Culinary education is an asset.

Responsible self-starter and contributor

Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail

Stand, lift up to 30 lbs., bend for entire shift.

Flexible schedule – able to work variable hours.
