Concord Security is currently seeking an experienced and motivated2IC (Second-in-Command) Security Guardto join our team at a high-profile government facility in Victoria.This leadership role is ideal for an experienced security professional with solid communication, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will assist site leadership in overseeing daily operations while ensuring a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment for staff, visitors, and dignitaries.Pay Rate$24/hour for 2IC shiftsIf you are picking up additional standard site shifts/event shifts are paid at regular site rate $21.50ResponsibilitiesAssist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and security functionsSupport scheduling operations, including staff coordination and scheduling software managementMaintain strong working relationships with clients, visitors, tenants, and team membersEnsure site operational needs are met efficiently and professionallyCoordinate and assist with special events and high-profile visits onsiteHandle keys, key audits, and secure access proceduresProvide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presenceDe-escalate conflicts and respond effectively to emergency situationsConduct regular foot patrols to ensure safety and security of personnel, property, and equipmentWrite detailed reports including incident, liability, emergency,
