WSP is seeking a Senior Rock Mechanics Engineer to lead geomechanical analysis for open pit and underground mining projects across Canada. You will mentor professionals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive protected, effective design solutions that meet project goals.

You will apply numerical modelling and field interpretation to reduce geotechnical risk, develop design parameters, and help deliver reliable mine infrastructure while building robust client relationships.
