Bar Butcher is an upscale establishment dedicated to delivering an exceptional, elevated dining experience. We are seeking a polished, detail-driven Server's Assistant to help uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.

What You'll Do
Clear, clean, and reset tables with precision and discretion between courses
Maintain formal table settings, fine linens, glassware, and silverware to exacting standards
Assist servers with running courses, replenishing water and beverages, and pre-bussing with minimal disruption to guests
Anticipate service needs and support the flow of multi-course meals seamlessly
Keep the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas immaculate and fully stocked at all times
Communicate discreetly and efficiently with servers, sommeliers, and kitchen staff during service
Uphold all health, safety,



and sanitation standards without exception

What We're Looking For
A refined, skilled presence with excellent attention to detail
Ability to move gracefully and quietly through a formal dining room, even during peak service
Strong sense of timing, discretion, and anticipation of guest needs
Excellent teamwork and transparent communication under pressure
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [25–30] lbs for extended periods
Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality strongly preferred
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Polished grooming and adherence to a formal dress/uniform standard

Pay: $17.60-$22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
