With a 125+ year legacy, we are committed to sustainability and continuous learning.Role OverviewCustomer Service Representative onsite in Mississauga, Canada, within Cooper Lighting Solutions (a Signify business unit).ResponsibilitiesIdentify project stakeholders and determine needs and expectations for lighting orders.Establish explicit project goals, prioritize demand, sequence activities, and create a detailed schedule to meet customer delivery dates.Coordinate with functional groups to manage changes and change notices (e.G., quotes, sales, supply chain, and operations).Provide ongoing monitoring and communication of deliverables to stakeholders at distributor and end‑user locations.Escalate/communicate supply chain delays as needed.Perform additional duties as necessary to support Canadian business operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field.2+ years of customer service experience preferred.Excellent technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with customers via multiple channels.Solid work ethic, flexibility,



and a desire to contribute to team success.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience highly desirable.Proficiency in French and prior experience with electrical products, distributors, or contractors is an asset.No relocation benefit is offered for this position.CompensationSalary range: 55,147 - 73,530 CAD.
