You'll play a vital role in managing a portfolio of approximately 325 retail locations, analyzing performance and occupancy costs to drive effective real estate decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate lease transactions from start to finish
Analyze store performance and market conditions
Prepare business cases and financial evaluations
Liaise with landlords and internal teams
Develop occupancy budgets and reports Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
At least 3 years of retail leasing experience
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting software proficiency
