KeyResponsibilities:
Providecomprehensivenursingcaretopatientsinaccordancewithestablishedprotocolsandprocedures.
Collaboratewithhealthcareprofessionalstoassess,plan,implement,andevaluatepatientcareplans.
Administermedicationsandtreatmentsasprescribed,ensuringpatientsafetyandcomfort.
Monitoranddocumentpatientprogress,reportinganychangesorconcernstothehealthcareteam.
Educatepatientsandtheirfamiliesonhealthmanagementanddiseaseprevention.
Maintainasafeandcleanworkingenvironmentbyadheringtoinfection-controlpoliciesandprotocols.





Requirements/Qualifications:
CurrentregistrationwiththeCollegeofNursesofOntario.
Provenexperienceinahospitalorclinicalsettingispreferred.
Strongclinicalskillswiththeabilitytohandlemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstoeffectivelyinteractwithpatients,families,andteammembers.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyaswellaspartofacollaborativeteam.
Commitmenttoongoingprofessionaldevelopmentandeducation.
