Establish effective relationships with internal client groups
Provide strategic advice on workforce planning and organization

Scale HR activities including employee engagement and retention
Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
HR certification (CPHR, CHRL, or CHRE) preferred
Proven skills in coaching and facilitation
