Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

What you will be doing:
Own and grow a ~$2.5M+ territory through proactive, consultative selling
Foster relationships with customers by successfully helping them meet their needs each day
Identify opportunities, follow up on quotes, and close business consistently
Partner with Applications Specialists to deliver accurate, high-performance solutions
Advise customers on valve and automation selection, effectively presenting the solutions that best meet the customer’s needs
Manage activity, pipeline, and opportunities using SAP and sizing tools
Manage/participate in large projects as required
Navigate successfully through End User, Engineering, and OEM clients
Follow up on quotations regularly to close more sales and learn from opportunities





What you must have:
Engineering background or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of industrial sales experience (valves/automation strongly preferred)
Proven ability to grow territory and close deals
Solid technical aptitude with a consultative, problem-solving mindset
Relationship builder with the drive, curiosity, and resilience to win
Robust business acumen and instincts with a demonstrated ability to be a high achiever
Recognized as a technical expert on core products
Comfortable with travel (up to 50%)
Must possess a valid driver’s license

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000.00 –$95,000.00
