Take the lead as a Senior Service & UX Designer in transforming public-sector digital services. This contract role provides remote flexibility while directly impacting user experience through cutting-edge design practices.
With over ten years of experience in UX and service design, you'll engage in hands-on research and bring enterprise solutions to life. Collaborating with Product Managers, Analysts, and other experts, you’ll focus on accessibility and user-centered design principles to ensure all services meet user and policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion human-centered design methodologies in each project
• Perform stakeholder research and journey mapping activities
• Create interactive prototypes and design systems for enterprise solutions




• Drive usability assessments and continuous improvement efforts
• Conduct workshops and facilitate design sessions for teams
Requirements:
• Ten years of UX/UI/service design experience
• Five years in a government or regulated workplace
• Hands-on expertise with Figma and prototyping tools
• Solid knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards
• Must attend meetings in Edmonton for onboarding
