Advisor – Training, you'll be accountable for guiding Training Advisors in delivering high-quality programs that meet Evolution Mining's standards.

Your role will include developing effective training modules, managing onboarding processes, and identifying site-specific training needs through comprehensive analysis. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee training programs and instructors at Red Lake Operation
Enhance competency-based training and assessment systems




Manage the induction and onboarding process for recent employees
Maintain ongoing training documentation and analysis of needs
Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback Requirements:
Proven experience in training supervision within mining
An Underground Common Core or Mill Common Core credential preferred
Robust abilities in INX and training development
Knowledge of safety regulations and documentation
Self-motivated with effective coaching skills Influence the growth and safety of Evolution Mining’s workforce through your training expertise.
