Responsibilities
Assist stylists with preparing clients and setting up tools for hair services
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and ensuring they feel comfortable
Support retail sales by recommending hair care products aligned with client needs and upselling where appropriate
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and organizing products




Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction

Requirements
Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn hair styling techniques
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
Basic knowledge of retail sales principles and upselling techniques is a plus
Prior experience in front desk or reception roles is desirable but not required
Must be reliable, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced workplace
