Key Responsibilities:
• Provide multi-level support for end-user technology

Requirements:
• At least five years in a technical support role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, networking, and IT support
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
• Required Class 5 driver’s license for site access
