From installing dock systems and boat lifts to adjusting shoreline structures and maintaining equipment, this role is hands‑on, physical, and deeply rewarding.This is hands‑on, outdoor work — done alongside a high‑performing team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and growth.What You’ll Be Responsible ForProject ExecutionWork safely, responsibly, and with initiativeOperate tools and equipment such as chainsaw winches, drills, and floating devicesRead and interpret installation manuals, layout drawings, and specificationsCommunicate professionally and courteously with customersFollow company policies and health & safety standardsPractice shoreline stewardship using environmental best practicesQuality WorkmanshipInstall and remove aluminum pipe, floating, and tower dock systemsInstall boat lifts and marine rail systemsPerform dock service adjustments (height, alignment, repairs)Load, unload, and transport materials using dollies and floating devicesAssist with physically demanding shoreline installationsEquipment & Site CareMaintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, job sites, and yardPerform daily preventative maintenance: inspections, lubrication,
