SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Mechatronics Design Release Engineer to support Steering Wheel Switch (SWS) components , with a solid focus on vehicle issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and local plant/launch support.

Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, validation, and release of Steering Wheel Switch (SWS) components.
Review returned parts at QEC and investigate vehicle-level issues to determine root causes.
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and engineering teams.
Implement and validate corrective actions at local U.S. manufacturing plants.
Provide hands-on support during vehicle builds, plant issues, and product launches.
Manage engineering changes and support component validation and release activities.
Collaborate with Design, Electrical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Engineering teams.
