Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable, tracking company expenses, and preparing both monthly reports and bank reconciliations. Collaborate with teams to ensure financial accuracy across the board. Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed accounts receivable activities
Oversee payroll processing for timely submissions
Track and reconcile company expenses efficiently
Generate monthly financial reports for managerial review
Assist in audits and financial documentation preparation Requirements:
Expert knowledge of QuickBooks is necessary
Familiarity with BQE software is an asset
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
