Mercor is seeking a Legal Assistant / Law Clerk (PPSA / UCC) in Ontario for a hybrid role combining document review, collateral filing analysis, and data management. You will assess and extract filing information, maintain logs, and support a high-priority project within the insurance sector.
The ideal candidate has law firm or corporate legal experience, solid PPSA/UCC knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. This is a hybrid position with three days per week in the Toronto area office.
