? Hiring: Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Location: Toronto, ON — Onsite 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Architect Power Platform solutions using Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.

• Design Microsoft Dataverse data models, entities, security models, and data-management strategies.

• Architect Azure solutions using Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components.

• Design enterprise integration architectures, REST APIs, API-led connectivity, and scalable integration patterns.

• Develop Dynamics 365 security models, including business units, roles, access controls, and data segregation.

• Design multi-tenant platforms supporting multiple business units through reusable components.

• Govern Dynamics 365 extensions, including plugins, PCF Controls, Custom APIs,



and Azure-hosted components.

• Lead architecture workshops and advise executives, business teams, security teams, and technical stakeholders.

• Produce physical architecture diagrams, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, security designs, data-flow diagrams, and workplace architecture.

Required Experience:

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture experience.

• Hands-on Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse expertise.

• Azure enterprise architecture and implementation experience.

• Enterprise integration architecture across complex platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
