You’re a valued team member.Your Role as an LPNPerform Nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, and specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelines.Conduct nursing assessments and clinical care planning.Monitor client health and update care plans as needed.Supervise and mentor Care Pros on medically delegated tasks.Conduct quality assurance visits and care consultations.Educate families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safety.Ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC and regulatory standards.RequirementsCurrent and active LPN license in British Columbia.Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferred.Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills.Comfortable with documentation and electronic health records.Clear criminal background check.Able to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasks.Must have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance.SchedulePart‑time: Versatile.
