Your role will include managing care for newborns and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments for neonatal patients
Provide accurate and timely reports on patient care
Participate in high-risk deliveries using NRP
Maintain complete patient care documentation
Engage in continuous learning and mentoring Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Active RN registration with BCCNM
At least one year of daily NICU experience
Certification in Basic Rescuer and Neonatal Resuscitation
