About the Role: Join a medical/surgical service delivering general medicine, surgery, chemotherapy, and dialysis-supported inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care
Manage post-operative recovery and complex medical treatments
Guide patients and families through discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals

Qualifications — Must-Haves:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in positive standing
Nursing diploma or degree from an approved program
Current BLS/BCLS certification
Experience with medication administration, IV therapy, venipuncture, wound care, and post-operative management
Strong organizational, prioritizing, assessment, and workload-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Recent acute medical/surgical nursing experience
Central line/PICC care experience




Telemetry/ECG monitoring experience

Work Conditions: Work in a collaborative unit with steady workflow and rotating shifts.
