Supervise Transition Planners and provide mentorship
Educate team members on compliance and operational policies




Track and report transition progress to stakeholders
Lead presentations and training for Financial Advisors
Coordinate branch support and documentation processes Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in financial services or investment brokerage
Excellent proficiency with MS Office and presentation skills
Experience in supervisory roles preferred
Valid driver’s license for travel
