Your role focuses on fostering residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being through structured activities. As a vital part of the interdisciplinary team, the Recreation Aide executes the recreation and life enrichment programs under the direction of the Recreation Manager. You will ensure that each resident is actively participating in recreational activities aligned with their treatment plans.
