The Care

Group is seeking a Certified Recreation Assistant/Activity Aide to enhance the recreational experiences of residents. You will oversee various activities such as outings, crafts, and social events, encouraging residents to participate and observe their wellbeing. Join our team and contribute to creating a happy, healthy atmosphere while providing valuable support in a premier senior living setting. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage established recreation programs
Assist residents in accessing and participating in activities




Observe and document changes in resident conditions
Maintain and safely store recreational equipment
Assist with current resident orientation Requirements:
Graduate from an Activity/Recreation Certificate program
Experience in senior recreation preferred
Proficient communication skills in English
Current First Aid and Food Protected certifications
Proof of COVID vaccination Contribute to the resident-focused philosophy at The Gardens through engaging recreational activities and support.
