In this role, you will ensure optimal vendor relationships and compliance with purchasing strategies. As a Procurement Manager, you will oversee the procurement lifecycle, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely material acquisition to support project execution.

Lead procurement cycle including contracts and POs




Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Approve subcontract agreements to meet company standards
Negotiate pricing agreements and discounts
Conduct audits to evaluate vendor performance Requirements:
5–7 years of procurement experience in the construction sector
2+ years in a management capacity
Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
Experience with ERP systems, especially Acumatica
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License Contribute to Hall Constructors' mission while advancing your procurement career.
