• Guide a team to improve disability claims processes • Foster collaboration with Member Experience and Legal teams • Analyze service outcomes and operational metrics • Equip the team with essential training and development • Participate in meetings and develop processes for service quality

Requirements: • Proven disability claims management experience • Bachelor’s degree or over 10 years of equivalent experience • Robust strategic thinking and personnel management skills • Exceptional communication abilities in French and English • Digital mindset with a focus on leveraging technology
