The Role: Digital Experience SpecialistAt SWS Warning Lights Inc., we are looking for an A-player. Someone resourceful, curious, who takes ownership and who is just as comfortable updating a product page as they are reviewing analytics, improving an email campaign, troubleshooting a website issue, preparing a print file, or jumping in to support another area of the business when needed.Role OverviewThis role is for a Swiss army knife kind of person. The kind of person who does not say, “That’s not really my area”, figures things out, is energized by variety, not overwhelmed by it & wants to build, improve, support, solve, and keep learning.Our customers work in live traffic, snowstorms, and construction zones. They do not have time for confusion. They need clear information, accurate product details, easy digital experiences, and a company they can trust before they ever pick up the phone.What You’re Walking IntoYou will help own and improve the digital experience of SWSYou will work across website management, content updates, analytics, automation, video, print support, video production and digital problem-solvingYou will support the accuracy and clarity of product information across multiple platformsYou will collaborate with multiple departments to keep information aligned & usefulYou will be part of a team that values accountability, curiosity, communication & helping where neededThis role owns website management, content execution, systems thinking, marketing support, technical translation, & continuous improvement.Who We WantA-players: You hold yourself to a high standard. You are open to feedback & want to keep improving.Detail-Oriented: Incorrect specs, broken links, outdated files, sloppy formatting & unclear messaging bother you.Adaptable: You can shift between priorities while still staying organized, accurate & thoughtful.Accountable: You own your work, your deadlines, your communication & your outcomes.Collaborative: You work well with others and understand that the best digital experience often comes from listening to multiple departments.What You’ll Actually Be DoingManaging and improving the SWS website, including product pages, landing pages, downloads, images & overall user experienceWorking in WordPress to maintain site accuracy, functionality & clarityUsing coding knowledge to support website updates, page improvements, and digital problem-solvingMonitoring digital performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, navigation & conversionSupporting and executing email marketing & automation workflows using Salesforce and Lightning Engagement StudioHelping keep marketing, sales & product information aligned across channelsCreating, updating, and organizing digital assets & support materialsProducing or supporting content such as videos, product demonstrations, instructional materials & campaign assetsAssisting with print-related or branded file preparation using tools such as Fiery softwareTurning technical information into content that is clear, useful & easy for clients to understandHelping solve digital issues quickly and effectively rather than working around themSupporting the team in other areas when needed,
