Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) – Part time to Full time

Burquitlam Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team! This position offers part-time hours with the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate.

Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work Saturdays
Additional weekday shifts available (flexible scheduling)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures
Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging
Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian
Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
Provide compassionate patient care and client communication

Qualifications:
Registered Veterinary Technician
Previous veterinary clinic experience preferred




Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work on your own
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with Cornerstone
